The name Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett is derived from the Dwarven language, as Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett was founded by Tizsael Zehndtubgähdä Zehndtubckexu, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

The establishment of Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Tizsael Zehndtubgähdä Zehndtubckexu struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett as a prison colony.

Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett is buildings are located arround a single broad paverstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The minimaly adiquite have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Right off the bat Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett's natural decorations nor waterways.

Eg Vewnx̄ Uxphett's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings.
